Our Regensburg office is looking for a Partner Success Manager to support the Sales Team, starting immediately.

Your Tasks

Working with our team of sales experts to look after our customer base of over 30,000 partners
Identifying potential new customers and finding ways to convince them of the advantages we offer
Taking care of new customers and providing them with constructive advice
You are the personal contact person for our customers and always work towards their success
Representing InterNetX at (international) trade shows, industry events and business meetings (optional)

Your Profile

Business and/or technical qualification or degree in relevant field of study
Some experience in sales(internship or working student placement)
You have excellent organizational and communication skills
Passionate about the IT industry
Customer-oriented communication is written in your DNA
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and take an independent and structured approach to your work
Excellent German and English skills (additional languages beneficial)

Desirable

Knowledge of CRM, JIRA, Confluence, OTRS is an advantage (but not mandatory – we provide training)
